Each BLITZ Intercooler Kit is individually design for each vehicle produce maximum efficiency and performance. All BLITZ intercooler kits come complete with aluminum piping and all the necessary hardware. Intercoolers provide more power and reliability to any turbocharged vehicle. Intercoolers are heat exchangers, which are used to quickly cool down and dissipate the heat from the intake charge. During intense driving, the turbo compressor wheel super-heats. As a result, compressed air is forced through the turbochargers. Super-heated air reduces the density of the charge air, increasing the chance of detonation and reducing the power output of the vehicle.
BLITZ intercoolers are designed to give maximum cooling capacity while allowing for minimal pressure drop. This is especially important if boost pressure is being raised, greatly reducing the chance of detonation. BLITZ intercoolers has the been known as the most efficient intercooler with a pressure drop of .05kg/cm2 at 1.2kg/cm2 of boost. BLITZ intercoolers are designed to flow considerably more amount of air than the stock intercooler by consistently and rapidly drawing away heat. With its tube and fin design a much greater cooling effect is achieved. A cooler airflow intake means a more dense charge of air, which in turn creates more horsepower. This reduces thermal stress to the turbocharger components and produces gains throughout the power hand.
Inspection
Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments from within seven (7) working days. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be submitted in no more than ten (10) working days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.
Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise
Defective and freight damaged merchandise may be returned to for full credit, but only upon verification by us of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by us Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.
Returns; Exchanges; Good Merchandise
Returns of good merchandise may be accepted in discretion under the following conditions:
1. Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval. Accepted return will be assessed a 15% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
2. Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from us. Accepted return will be assessed a 20% restocking charge, except that merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
3. Merchandise classified by us as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.
4. Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
5. Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
6. Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by us, for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
7. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 30 calendar days after the ship date indicated by us.
8. Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
9. Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
